How to activate OneToken on your new phone via old phone

Step 1: Download OCBC Digital Banking and log in
Use your Access Code and PIN to log in OR log in via SingPass.
If you are using backed-up data from your old phone to transfer files over, please delete and reinstall OCBC Digital Banking before logging in.

Step 2: Tap on “Activate using my old device”
You should see this screen appear. Tap on “Activate using my old device.” If you do not have Internet access on your old device, tap on “switch to offline mode”.

Step 3: Tap the notification on your old device
In doing so, you will be able to “Authorise this transaction”.

Step 4: Tap on “Confirm”

Step 5: Your OCBC OneToken is now activated
