How to link-delink account
  • Step 1: Log in and tap on "Settings", within the menu bar on the top left

    On mobile app

    Tap on the left menu bar and select "Settings".

    On desktop

    Login with access code and PIN.

  • Step 2: Navigate to “Online Banking - Link/delink accounts"

    On mobile app

    Tap on “Online Banking settings” and select "Online Banking – Link/delink accounts".

    On desktop

    Click on "Customer service" and select "Online Banking - Link/delink accounts".

  • Step 3: Follow the instructions on your screen to confirm this action

    On mobile app

    Enter and submit the One-Time password sent to you via SMS.

    On desktop

    Enter the One-time password sent through SMS and click on "Submit".

  • Step 4: Link/delink your account

    On mobile app

    Tap on the slider to link/delink your account and tap on "Confirm".

    On desktop

    Click on the checkbox to link/delink your account and click on "Next".

  • Step 5: And you’re done!

    Your account has been delinked.
