How to dispute card charge
  • Step 1: Log in with your access code and PIN, fingerprint ID

    Tap on the left menu bar and select “Card services”.

  • Step 2: Navigate to “Dispute transactions” / “Dispute credit card transaction”

    Tap on “Dispute transactions”.

    Click on Customer service and select “Dispute credit card transaction” under “Cards”.

  • Step 3: Select the transaction that you wish to dispute

  • Step 4: Select “Yes” or “No”

  • Step 5: And you’re done on mobile! / Select your reason for disputing the transaction

  • Step 6: Confirm your dispute claim

    Confirm and submit the reason for your dispute and you’re done on desktop!
