How to update mailing address

A cooling period will apply before key account-related requests – such as adding payees, changing your mailing address, email address or contact number, or increasing your transaction limit – take effect. For details, please refer to the instructions shown when you make your request.

  • Step 1: Log in to OCBC Internet Banking using your User ID and PIN
  • Step 2: Click on ‘Manage mailing address‘ under the ‘Customer service’ tab
  • Step 3: Choose the type of request you wish to make involving your mailing address

Option A: To change an existing mailing address

Click on ‘Change’ beside the mailing address you wish to change. Then, enter the details of your new address.

Choose this option if you have multiple mailing addresses and would like to change one of them. Once changed, all accounts linked to the old mailing address will automatically be linked to the new address.

Option B: To add a new mailing address

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Add new address’. Then, enter the details of your new address.

Once added, you can link as many accounts as you would like to the new address.

Option C: To link your account(s) to another existing mailing address

Click on ‘Show linked account(s)’ below the mailing address whose linked account(s) you wish to change, then ‘Link other accounts’.

Choose this option if you have multiple mailing addresses and would like to change the account(s) linked to them.

  • Step 4: Review and confirm that your details are correct
  • Step 5: Click on ‘Confirm’ and you are done!
