Step 1: Login with SingPass
On mobile app
Select ‘Login with SingPass Mobile’.
On desktop
Select ‘SingPass Login’.

Step 2: Tap on the SingPass QR code on your screen / Launch your SingPass Mobile app

The screen will automatically switch to SingPass Mobile for you to login.
On desktop
Tap on ‘SCAN’ at the bottom of the screen to launch the QR code scanner.

Step 3: Validate your login
On mobile app
Authenticate your login using your SingPass Mobile biometric or 6-digit passcode.
On desktop
Scan the SingPass QR code on your desktop screen.

Step 4: And you’re done on mobile! / Validate your login using your SingPass Mobile biometric or 6-digit passcode
On mobile app
Screen will automatically back to OCBC Mobile Banking.

Step 5: And you’re done on desktop!

You will now be directed to the balances screen on your desktop browser.
For your security, to access services like adding payees, changing transaction limits and updating personal details, you must wait up to 12 hours for OCBC OneToken to be fully activated.
