  • Step 1: Log in to the OCBC app or Internet Banking

  • Step 2: Navigate to ‘Manage documents’

    Tap the ‘More’ icon at the bottom navigation bar > Scroll down to ‘Documents – Statements & Letters’ > Tap ‘Manage documents’

    Click on ‘View accounts’ > Documents > Manage documents

  • Step 3a: Choose to receive eLetters

    Under the ‘Letters’ tab, toggle on the button to receive eLetters

  • Step 3b: Choose to receive paper letters
    • Under the ‘Letters’ tab, toggle off the button to receive paper letters
    • Tap ‘Yes, proceed’ to submit your request
