Raffles Medical Group’s Terms and Conditions

1. Stated rates are in Singapore dollars and inclusive of 9% GST.
2. For GP services:
   1. Consultation rate excludes, practice cost, medicine, any additional treatment, laboratory and diagnostic investigations.
   2. Consultation rate may vary according to time, length of consultation and clinic location. Services are available at Raffles Medical clinics in Singapore and are not applicable at Raffles Executive Medical Centres, Raffles Medical clinics located in Changi Airport Transit areas, and Raffles24 Acute and Critical Care at Raffles Hospital.
3. For dental services:
   1. Stated rate does not include consumables fee, costs of prescribed medications, injections, X-rays, and other investigations.
   2. Patients will be informed before treatment if any fee to be charged differs from the rate stated above under the Privileges for the OCBC SILVERS PROGRAMME 2024/2025.
   3. Unutilised items and/or services in the package are non-refundable or exchangeable.
   4. A consumables fee of S$19.62 is applicable for each dental visit.
   5. Services are available at Raffles Dental clinics in Singapore.
4. For health screening:
   1. Prior appointment is required.
   2. Unutilised items and/or services in the packages will not be refunded or replaced.
   3. Services are available at Raffles Medical clinics in Singapore.
5. For LPA: Applicants are required to apply for and draft their LPA online at the Office of the Public Guardian (Ministry of Social and Family Development) website first, before making an appointment with a Raffles Medical doctor, who will act as an LPA certificate issuer. Terms and Conditions Governing the Great Eastern General Insurance SeniorCare Promotion 2025 (“The Promotion”)

1. The Promotion Period
   The promotion period shall run from 1 January 2025 – 30 June 2025 (both dates inclusive) or such other period(s) as may be determined by Great Eastern General Insurance Private Limited (“GEG”) in its absolute discretion (the “Promotion Period”).
2. Eligibility
   You are eligible to participate in this Promotion (an “Eligible Customer”) if you fulfil all the following criteria:
   1. You are aged 50 years old (Age Next Birthday) and have performed an Eligible Transaction via GEG platform during the Promotion Period.
   2. You are not an employee, including full-time staff, intern, trainees, secondees, and contract staff of OCBC Bank, OCBC Securities Private Limited, Great Eastern Holdings Limited, Great Eastern General Insurance Limited, The Great Eastern Life Assurance Limited, Lion Global Investors Limited, or Bank of Singapore Limited; and

3. Eligible Transaction
   1. An Eligible Transaction is a purchase or combined purchase of the following insurance policy / policies by an Eligible Customer, after applying promotional rate of 20% discount:

4. Promotion Mechanics
   1. Subject to the fulfilment of all the conditions specified in these terms and conditions to the absolute satisfaction of OCBC Bank.

If any Eligible Customer is subsequently discovered to be ineligible to participate in the Promotion, GEG reserves the right to (i) forfeit or withdraw from the Promotion at any time; or (ii) where the Promotion has been applied/claw-back the Promotional or request the relevant customer to repay to or compensate GEG the value of the Promotion at any time, and OCBC Bank shall have the right to debit the value of the Promotion plus any goods and services tax or such other amount as it deems fit from the account(s) of the relevant customer.
   3. No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from GEG should the Promotion be forfeited or withdrawn, if any Promotion is reclaimed by GEG, or if the relevant customer is asked to repay to or compensate GEG the value of the Promotion for whatsoever reasons.
5. General
   1. The eligibility of any Eligible Customer to receive any Promotion shall be determined at the absolute discretion of GEG.
   2. GEG reserves the right to fulfil the Promotion by any other means as it deems fit or to substitute any of the Promotion with an item of similar value at its sole discretion without notice to any person. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for any other items.
   3. GEG reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion or vary, delete, or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any customer and the dates of the Promotion.
   4. GEG shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the Promotion, or any product and/or service relating to the Promotion. Notwithstanding anything herein, GEG shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any product or the deficiency in any service provided, and/or any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the Promotion, and/or the use of any product and/or service relating to the Promotion, by any person.
   5. GEG shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any person in connection with the Promotion howsoever arising, including any error in computing chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, or any notice which is misdirected or lost in the post or in transmission.
   6. GEG’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by GEG. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
   7. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and each participant in the Promotion irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
   8. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Customer hereby agrees and consents to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data, including but not limited to their names, mobile numbers, and email addresses, by GEG Bank and its related corporations  for the purposes of verifying their identity, assessing their eligibility for the Promotion, contacting them, and administering the Promotion (including the issuance of Cash Credits), and such other related purposes, in accordance with GEG’s Data Protection Policy.

Terms and Conditions Governing OCBC SeniorCare SGD Time Deposit Promotion (the “promotion”)

The OCBC SeniorCare SGD Time Deposit Promotion (the “Promotion”) shall commence from the date of publication until such date(s) as may be determined by Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (“OCBC Bank”) in its sole discretion (“Promotion Period”).

1. The Promotion is open to selected customers who will be eligible to make a SGD Time Deposit (“SGD TD”) placement at promotional interest rates which will be at the sole discretion of OCBC Bank and which may differ from time to time.
2. To qualify for promotional interest rates, the placement has to meet a minimum amount stipulated by OCBC Bank from time to time (the “Minimum Amount”). The maximum placement amount for promotional time deposit rates is S$999,999 (or its equivalent in other foreign currencies) (the “Maximum Amount”).
3. The placement amount must be in fresh funds only (i.e. the funds placed must not be transferred from existing OCBC Bank deposit accounts or in the form of OCBC cheques, cashiers’ order or demand drafts). Placements made with SRS or CPF funds are not eligible. OCBC Bank has the absolute discretion to amend, vary and/or change the Minimum Amount and/or the Maximum Amount without providing any prior notice or reason.
4. Promotional interest rate(s) and tenure(s) are determined by OCBC Bank in its absolute discretion and such rate(s) and tenure(s) are applicable for a limited time period only and are subject to change by OCBC Bank at its sole discretion and without notice or reason.
5. Only personal accounts held by individual(s) aged 60 years old or above during the Promotion Period are eligible for this promotion.
6. Selected OCBC customers may receive a promotion code (“Promo Code”) via their OCBC Relationship Manager (where customer has one assigned to him or her), or by email, or push notification or by any other means of communication which the Bank deems appropriate. The Promo Code cannot be shared with any other person or publicly on any platforms, forums, or social media. Customers who receive the Promo Code must enter the Promo Code in when placing a new SGD TD on OCBC Digital or OCBC Internet Banking to enjoy the promotional interest rate.
7. The eligibility of a customer to participate in the Promotion Rate or to receive the Promo Code shall be determined at the absolute discretion of OCBC Bank. If any customer is subsequently discovered to be ineligible to participate in the Promotion or to receive the Promo Code, OCBC Bank reserves the right to (i) cancel the SGD TD placed by the OCBC customer at any time; or (ii) clawback the Promotion Rate or request the relevant customer to repay to or compensate OCBC Bank the value of the Promotion Rate at any time, and OCBC Bank shall have the right to debit the value of the Promotion Rate or such other amount as it deems fit from the account(s) of the customer.
8. These terms and conditions shall be read in conjunction with the OCBC Terms and Conditions Governing Deposit Accounts (available at www.ocbc.com).
9. This promotion is not valid with other offers or promotions unless otherwise stated.
10. OCBC Bank reserves the right to waive, vary or amend any of the terms and conditions of this promotion without notice. The decision of OCBC Bank on all matters relating to this promotion shall be final and binding.
11. OCBC Bank’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by OCBC Bank. 13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by laws of Singapore and the participants irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
14. OCBC Bank shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any person in connection with the Promotion howsoever arising, including any error in computing chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, or any notice which is misdirected or lost in the post or in transmission.
15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by laws of Singapore and the participants irrevocably submit to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
16. By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Customers consent to:
    1. OCBC Bank collecting and using their personal data, including but not limited to their names, mobile numbers, and email addresses, (“Personal Data”) for the purposes of verifying their identity, assessing their eligibility for the Promotion, contacting them, and administering the Promotion (including the redemption of any prize, gift, or reward) (the “Purposes”);
    2. OCBC Bank disclosing their Personal Data to OCBC Bank’s third-party vendors and agencies for the same Purposes;
