Step 1: Log in with your access code and PIN or fingerprint ID

Tap on the left menu bar and select “Card services”.

Step 2: Navigate to “Report lost card”

Enter the OTP sent to you via SMS.

Step 3: Select the card that you have lost
On mobile app

Step 4: Cancel your card and you’re done!

Cancelling your card blocks unauthorised transactions.
You may also apply for a replacement card.
