Step 1: Log in and tap on “Settings”, within the menu bar on the top left

Tap on the left menu bar and select "Settings".
On desktop
Login with access code and PIN.

Step 2: Navigate to "Update phone number/email" / "Change personal details"
On mobile app
Tap on "Update phone number/email".
On desktop
Click on "Customer service" and select "Change personal details".
With effect from 27 January 2022, updating of personal details will take up to 24 hours to be effective.

Step 3: Edit your personal details
On mobile app
Fill in the fields that you would like to update and tap on “Next”.
On desktop
Click on the "Edit" button.

Step 4: Submit your updated personal details
On mobile app
Review change in personal details before tapping on "Submit".
On desktop
Enter the details that you would like to update and accept the terms and conditions before clicking on "Next".

Step 5: And you’re done on mobile! / Review your update request before submitting it

Review the change in personal details and click on "Submit".

Step 6: Follow the steps to authorise the change in personal details
