Step 1: Log in with access code and PIN or fingerprint ID

Log in with access code and PIN.

Step 2: Select "Online Banking Settings" and navigate to "Change Access Code"

Tap on “Online Banking Settings” followed by “Change Access Code”.

Click on “Customer service". Click on "Change access code" under "Online banking settings".

Step 3: Follow the instructions on your desktop screen

Enter the One-Time Password sent to you via SMS, enter your preferred access code and tap on “Submit”.

Enter and submit the One-Time Password sent to you via SMS.

Step 4: Enter and submit the One-Time Password sent to you via SMS / Enter your preferred access code on desktop and click “Submit”

Step 5: And you’re done on mobile! / Enter and submit the One-Time Password, sent to you via SMS, on desktop
