  • What is eGIRO?

    eGIRO is a paperless automated electronic payment service that only takes minutes to set up. It allows you to make monthly payments to participating billing organisations, thereby eliminating the hassle of performing ad-hoc payments every time you receive your bill.

  • Set up eGIRO via your billing organisation website

    1. Access eGIRO registration page from the billing organisation website
    2. Select OCBC Bank and submit the form
    3. You will be redirected to OCBC Internet Banking
    4. Enter your access code, PIN and one-time password
    5. “Set up eGIRO payment”
    6. Complete and submit the form
    7. You will be redirected back to your billing organisation website to check the status of your application

  • Terminate eGIRO payment arrangement via your billing organisation website

    1. Access the eGIRO arrangement you wish to terminate from the billing organisation website
    2. You will be redirected to OCBC Internet Banking
    3. Enter your access code, PIN and one-time password
    4. “Terminate eGIRO payment”
    5. Submit the form
    6. You will be redirected back to your billing organisation website to check the status of your termination

    Alternatively, you can terminate via OCBC Internet Banking:

    1. Login to online banking
    2. Enter your access code, PIN and one-time password
    3. Go to “Payment & Transfer” and select “GIRO services”
    4. “GIRO arrangements”
    5. Search for the eGIRO arrangement under the current or saving account it is paid from
    6. Select the eGIRO arrangement and click “Terminate”

  • How do I check my eGIRO application status?

    You can check the status of your eGIRO arrangement on Internet Banking. If the application status is not shown, please reach out to your billing organisation directly.

    On OCBC Internet Banking

    1. Go to “Payment & Transfer” and select “GIRO services”
    2. Select “GIRO arrangements”
    3. Search for the GIRO arrangement under the current or saving account it is paid from
