General - Credit card bill payment changes

What is changing?
From 10 October 2026, you will no longer be able to make bill payments to the following organisations using your OCBC Credit Card via the OCBC app or OCBC Internet Banking.

- GREAT EASTERN GENERAL INSURANCE
- M1 LIMITED
- N U S SOCIETY
- SAFRA NATIONAL SERVICE ASSOCIATION
- ORCHID COUNTRY CLUB
- TOWN COUNCIL - ANG MO KIO
- TOWN COUNCIL - CHUA CHU KANG
- TOWN COUNCIL - SEMBAWANG
- TOWN COUNCIL - NEE SOON
- TOWN COUNCIL - TAMPINES
- TOWN COUNCIL - JALAN BESAR
- TOWN COUNCIL - PASIR RIS-CHANGI
- TOWN COUNCIL - TANJONG PAGAR
- TOWN COUNCIL - HOLLAND BT PANJANG
- TOWN COUNCIL - WEST COAST-JURONG WEST
You can continue to pay these organisations using your OCBC Current or Savings Account through the OCBC app or OCBC Internet Banking.
If you do not have an OCBC Current or Savings Account, please use the payment options provided by the respective organisations.

Can I still pay my bills through OCBC Internet Banking and/or OCBC app?
Yes. You can continue to pay Billing Organisations using your OCBC Current or Savings Account through OCBC app or OCBC Internet Banking. -
How do I pay using my OCBC Current or Savings Account?
If you are already paying the Billing Organisation using your OCBC Current or Savings Account, there is no change to how you make your payments.
If you do not currently pay from an OCBC Current or Savings Account, or do not have one, you will need to open an account before making payments using this payment method.
To make payment:
- Log in to the OCBC app
- Go to Pay & Transfers > Bills > Billing Orgs and select the designated Billing Organisation
- Enter the payment amount and select the account to pay from.

Do I need to take any action before 10 October 2026?
If you currently pay these Billing Organisations using your OCBC Credit Card via OCBC app or OCBC Internet Banking, you may wish to find an alternative payment option before 10 October 2026 to avoid any disruption to your bill payments. -
What if I do not have an OCBC Current or Savings Account?
If you do not have an OCBC Current or Savings Account and would like to find out more about available account options for bill payments, you may learn more on the OCBC Website under Personal Banking > Accounts. -
Will this change affect my existing OCBC Credit Card?
No. This change only affects bill payments made to the selected Billing Organisations using your OCBC Credit Card via OCBC app or OCBC Internet Banking. You may continue to use your card for other eligible Transactions. -
