  • What is PayLite?

    PayLite is a product that allow you to ease the burden of big purchases by splitting payments over interest-free (EIR from 9.5% p.a.) monthly instalments of up to 12 months.

  • Where can I apply for PayLite?

    You can apply via the following channels:

    • OCBC Digital app
    • OCBC Internet Banking
    • Contact us at 1800 363 3333

  • How does PayLite work?

    You can split your eligible OCBC Credit Card purchase of S$100 and above, into interest-free (EIR from 9.5% p.a.), fixed monthly instalments. Choose between a tenor of 3, 6, 12 months and pay a one-time processing fee of as low as 3%.

  • What are the eligible transactions for PayLite?

    PayLite is only applicable for retail transactions. This excludes Cash Advance, Balance Transfer, Bank Fees and Charges, 0% IPP transactions, Cash-on-Instalments transactions, and such other transactions as OCBC may determine.

  • Are all OCBC Credit Cards eligible for PayLite?

    No, OCBC Cashflo Credit Card/ OCBC NXT Credit Card, OCBC GE Cashflo Credit Card and Debit Consolidation Card are not eligible for PayLite.

  • Is there a maximum amount that I can apply PayLite for?

    No, there is currently no maximum amount applicable.

  • Why am I unable to locate the transaction I want to apply for PayLite with?

    Transactions below S$100 are not eligible for PayLite. Please note that application must be made at least 7 working days before the card billing statement’s payment due date.

  • How do I know if my application is successful and where will I be able to locate the instalment details?

    PayLite applications are subject to approval. You will receive an SMS acknowledging receipt of your application after its submission.

    Please check your credit card transactions the following day. Should your application be successful, you will be able to locate the instalment details on your credit card transactions the following day.
