  • Use / change GIRO account to repay Car Loan

    1. Download the GIRO application form and print it out.
    2. Fill out the form using a pen with blue or red ink (any dark colour except black). This will ensure that your application is processed smoothly.
    3. Mail the completed form to the address below.

    The GIRO application may take up to 8 weeks to be processed and then approved by the debiting bank. You will receive a notification letter upon approval. In the meantime, please continue to make payments using the other options listed under "Repayment Methods" on the Car Loans webpage. If you do not have a savings account with us, you may want to consider opening one. This would give you the option to set up a Direct Debit Account, which can make your payments easier.

  • Terminate GIRO for Car Loan

    At least 5 working days before the next instalment due date, you need to write in or mail the completed GIRO Termination form to:

  • Get hire purchase agreement

    You will receive an email within 7 days following your loan disbursement, providing you with instructions on how to obtain your hire purchase agreement.

  • View Car Loan details on online banking

    If you have an existing online banking facility, the Auto Loan will be linked automatically.

    If you do not have an existing internet banking facility, you can apply for internet banking with your OCBC deposit account at an ATM machine, at a branch, or by mailing in the completed form.

  • Make full settlement
