How to change e-Statements password
  • Step 1: Login with access code and PIN or fingerprint ID

    Log in and tap on "e-Statements", within the menu bar on the top left

    Login with access code and PIN

  • Step 2: Tap on "Change email e-Statements password" or click on "Customer Service"

    Tap on "Change email e-Statements password"

    Click on "Customer Service"

  • Step 3: Follow the mobile instructions or click on "Change e-Statement Password"

    Enter, confirm and submit your new password

    Click on "Change e-Statement Password" under the "Online banking settings" section

  • Step 4: And you’re done on mobile! / Follow the instructions on your desktop screen

    And you’re done! (Your new password will take effect from the next e-Statement cycle)

  • Step 5: Follow the instructions on your desktop screen to change your password
