The OCBC Business Mobile Banking app is equipped with 2FA. It is a security process in which the user provides two means of identification.
For 2FA, the user will need to key in the Organisation ID, User ID and password.
Thereafter, the user will be prompted to key in either the unique digits from the SMS-OTP (One Time Password) or security token.
Please inform your telecommunication provider to temporarily disable your mobile line to prevent unauthorised access during this period.
Call us at (65) 6538 1111 (Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, excluding public holidays). We will advise you on the necessary steps to temporarily block your existing mobile number and update it if you have the intention to change to a new mobile number.
If you still require to access the OCBC Business Mobile Banking app during this period, you can do so using the security token.
