Why e-Statement?
E-Statements are electronic versions of your paper statements in Adobe PDF format. As an OCBC Velocity user, you would automatically receive e-Statements for accounts and loans. Electronic statements will be available via business online banking (OCBC Velocity) for web for up to 2 years.
This helps to reduce paper clutter and save time in organising or keeping monthly paper statements.

When can I start accessing e-Statements on OCBC Velocity?
Business accountsE-Statements for business accounts are currently available on OCBC Velocity.
LoansFrom 5 June 2026 onwards, e-Statements for loans will be available on OCBC Velocity. This feature is available to all customers except those on the Velocity Flex Service Package.
Business credit cardsFrom 30 June 2026 onwards, Business Credit Card e-Statements will be available on OCBC Velocity and will no longer be sent via email.

How do I view e-Statements on OCBC Velocity and the OCBC Business app?
Via a browser on your computer (for business accounts, loans, credit cards):- Log in to OCBC Velocity.
- At the top menu, select Accounts > Statements.
- Under Statements, click on < Current accounts > drop down and select Cards or Loans.
- If you have multiple cards or loans, click on the < All Cards / All Loans > dropdown and select the relevant business credit card and loans.
- Choose your desired date range.
- Click the ‘Download’ icon to retrieve your statement.
Note: Loan statements are generated once a year, usually in December. Please ensure that your selected date range includes December to retrieve the relevant loan statement.
Via your mobile device (for business accounts only):
- Log in to the OCBC Business app.
- Tap on the top left menu > Statements.

What if I prefer to receive paper statements?
We strongly encourage you to continue with e-Statements to enjoy the benefits of e-Statements and going paperless with us.
Business accounts
To receive hard copy statements, follow these steps:
- Login to OCBC Velocity.
- At the top menu, select Accounts > e-Statements.
- Select Manage.
- Select the accounts you want to start receiving hard copies account statements for under the Hard copies & e-Statements column.
Loans
You will continue to receive paper statements for loans in addition to being able to access e Statements on OCBC Velocity.
Business credit cards
All statements for business credit cards are only available via e-Statements.

How do I stop receiving paper statements?
OCBC Velocity (for accounts only):
- Log in to OCBC Velocity.
- At the top menu, select Accounts > Statements.
- Select Manage.
- Ensure you have provided an email address.
- Select the accounts you wish to stop receiving paper statements for.

We are working to introduce loan e-Statements on OCBC Velocity for more loan types, which will be rolled out progressively.

Who can access e-Statements on OCBC Velocity?
Business accounts and loansE‑Statements for business accounts and loans are accessible to all OCBC Velocity users, except those on the Velocity Flex Service Package.
Business credit cardE-Statements for business credit cards are only accessible by OCBC Velocity Authorisers. OCBC Velocity users who are cardholders may only retrieve e-Statements for their own cards.

Are there any charges for downloading or viewing e-Statements on OCBC Velocity?
This is a free service for all customers who have access to business online banking (OCBC Velocity).

For how long are e-Statements available?
Business accountsYou will be able to view e-Statements for up to 14 months, subject to availability.
Business loans and credit cardsYou will be able to view e-Statements for up to 2 years, subject to availability.

Who can manage or choose to receive e-Statements (business accounts only) on OCBC Velocity?
You will need to be on the Velocity Classic or Standard Service Package to specify who can receive your entity’s e-Statements. Any Velocity Authoriser will be able to make the selection or changes. All Velocity users of the account will receive an email notification for any changes made.

Will I be notified of changes made to my e-Statement (accounts only) preferences?
You will be notified via email when a change is made to your e-Statement preference on OCBC Velocity.

What software is needed to view e-Statements?
Adobe Acrobat Reader version 7.0 and above is required to view and print your e Statements. This software is free and can be downloaded from http://get.adobe.com/reader/.

What should I do if I am not registered for OCBC Velocity?
You will need to apply for OCBC Velocity.
