  • Will SMS OTP work when I am overseas?

    Most users do not encounter issues with receiving SMS-OTP when overseas. This depends on the local and overseas telecommunication service providers. As your receipt of such SMSes depends on your mobile network operator's roaming service, You may want to consult them if this is a concern.

  • What can I view with the OCBC Business Mobile Banking app?

    The OCBC Business Mobile Banking app allows you to view:

     All business accounts, Time Deposit accounts, balances, transactional activities and Business Debit Card transactions for the last 180 days or the last 200 transactions.

  • What details can I see for my Business Debit Card through the OCBC Business Mobile Banking app?

    You are able to see a consolidated transactional view of your Business Debit Card(s) (if any) through the app.

  • What details can I see for my Time Deposit account through the OCBC Business Mobile Banking app?

    You are able to see a consolidated transactional view of your Time Deposit account(s) (if any) through the app.
