  • How do I open a subsequent account via OCBC Velocity?

    If you are a sole proprietor or single director of the company, you can open a subsequent account via OCBC Velocity by taking this steps:

    1. Log in to OCBC Velocity on your computer's browser and select Account
    2. Select Open a new account from the left panel

    In the event that you are not able to view the option or complete your application on OCBC Velocity, you may reach out to us directly via the online enquiry form. The bank will contact you within 3 working days to assist you.
  • Will I be able to access my subsequent account(s) with the same login on OCBC Velocity?

    Yes, you will be able to access your subsequent account with the same login on OCBC Velocity only if the account was opened via OCBC Velocity at time of application. Otherwise, you are required to submit a separate Apply/Manage OCBC Velocity form to link the subsequent account(s) to your existing Velocity ID.
  • Can I open a subsequent account via OCBC Business app?

    No, you cannot. Application for a subsequent account is only available on OCBC Velocity (desktop version) currently. You will not be able to open a subsequent account via the OCBC Business app.
