  • How does the OCBC Business Deposit Card work?

    The OCBC Business Deposit Card is a deposit-only card which is issued in the name of your company and it allows your company employee or a third party service provider to deposit your cash at OCBC ATMs. Each card can only be tagged to one Singapore dollar (SGD) business current account.

    You can assign a unique Deposit Card Reference to each card, then view and track your deposits online via OCBC Velocity (OCBC business internet banking service) and Business Mobile Banking.

  • Where can I use the OCBC Business Deposit Card?

    You can use the OCBC Business Deposit Card to deposit cash at any of our ATMs islandwide.

  • What is the difference between the current OCBC Corporate ATM Card and the OCBC Business Deposit Card?

    You can use the OCBC Corporate ATM card to perform cash withdrawals, balance enquiries, statement requests, cash deposits, NETS purchases, fund transfers and Cash Card top-ups. For the OCBC Business Deposit Card, you can only use it to deposit cash in Singapore dollar currency so you can give the card to your employees with peace of mind.

  • Who is eligible to apply for the OCBC Business Deposit Card?

    Companies, clubs or societies with Singapore dollar business current accounts are eligible to apply for the OCBC Business Deposit Card.

    Money changers or remittance agents are not allowed to apply for the card.

  • How do I apply for the card?

    You can download the Business Deposit Card Application/Maintenance form and mail the completed form to:

    or;

    submit the completed form to any OCBC bank branch.

  • Do I need to walk-in to your branch to collect my new OCBC Business Deposit Card?

    No. Once we have processed your request, the Business Deposit Card(s) will be mailed to the mailing address linked to your crediting account.

  • How long does it take to receive the OCBC Business Deposit Card after I have submitted the application form to your branch?

    The Business Deposit Card will be mailed to you after 5 working days upon receiving your completed form.

  • How many OCBC Business Deposit Cards can be issued for an account?

    You may apply for as many cards as your business requires. However, please note that there is a fee of S$5 for each card issuance but we are waiving the fee until 30 June 2022.

  • Are there any charges for using the OCBC Business Deposit Card?

    Currently there is no transaction charge when you deposit your notes and coins using the OCBC Business Deposit Card at OCBC ATMs. However, there is a fee of S$5 for each card issuance but we are waiving the fee until 30 June 2022. Please refer to the pricing guides for the latest fees and charges.

  • How many accounts can I link to the OCBC Business Deposit Card?

    You can only link one Singapore dollar (SGD) business current account to each Business Deposit Card.
  • What if I have more than one SGD OCBC Business Current Account?

    For each SGD OCBC Business Current Account, you can apply for an OCBC Business Deposit Card that is linked to that company account using a separate application form.

  • Why do I need to assign a Deposit Card Reference for each OCBC Business Deposit Card?

    You may use the Deposit Card Reference to identify your different outlets, branches or store locations. The Deposit Card Reference will be reflected in the bank statement for each deposit transaction performed using the Business Deposit Card.

    This will ease the tracking and reconciliation of your deposits with the bank through your online account statements via OCBC Velocity (OCBC business internet banking service) and Business Mobile Banking, thereby simplifying your receivables management process.

  • Can I have different OCBC Business Deposit Cards with the same Deposit Card Reference?

    It is allowable, but it is not advisable to have more than one card with the same Deposit Card Reference because it will affect your tracking and reconciliation of your deposits with the bank.

  • What is the character length of the Deposit Card Reference?

    The character length of the Deposit Card Reference is a maximum of 16 characters (only letters, numbers, spaces, dash (-) or slash (/) are allowed).

  • Is the ATM service available 24 hours a day?

    Yes, you can deposit cash with the OCBC Business Deposit Card at OCBC ATMs, 24/7.

  • Where I can find a list of OCBC ATMs locations?

  • What are the types of notes I can deposit at OCBC ATMs?

    $2, $5, $10, $50, $100 and $1,000 Singapore dollar notes are accepted but SG50 commemorative notes are NOT acceptable.

    Coins 5, 10, 20, 50 cents and $1 are accepted at the new ATMs but 1 cent coins are NOT acceptable.

  • What is the daily deposit amount for the Business Deposit Card?

    You can deposit your cash up to a maximum of S$100,000 per account per day.

  • Is there a restriction of number of times to deposit money using the OCBC Business Deposit Card?

    You can deposit unlimited times, but the deposit amount is up to a maximum of S$100,000 per account per day.

  • Do I need to use a PIN (personal identification number) when using the OCBC Business Deposit Card?

    No PIN is required when using the OCBC Business Deposit Card.

  • Do I need to input my company bank account number when using the OCBC Business Deposit Card?

    There is no need to input your company bank account number when using the OCBC Business Deposit Card as the designated crediting account has been linked to the OCBC Business Deposit Card.

  • Will the account balance be displayed on the ATM or printed on the deposit slip when I deposit cash using the OCBC Business Deposit Card?

    No, the account balance is neither displayed nor printed on the deposit slip when you deposit cash using the OCBC Business Deposit Card. Your data is kept safe with the Bank.

  • What if my employee resigns from the company? Do I need to reapply for a new OCBC Business Deposit Card?

    If your employee has resigned from the company, you should request the employee to surrender the OCBC Business Deposit Card and reassigned the card to another employee. You do not need to reapply unless the OCBC Business Deposit Card is lost, stolen or damaged.

  • What if I need to change the deposit reference for my card?

    Please submit the Business Deposit Card Application/Maintenance form to request for a replacement of card and a new OCBC Business Deposit Card will be issued.

  • What should I do if I lost my OCBC Business Deposit Card or the card was stolen or damaged?

    Please submit the Business Deposit Card Application/Maintenance form to request for a replacement of card and a new OCBC Business Deposit Card will be issued.

  • What should I do if I want to temporarily block my OCBC Business Deposit Card?

    To temporarily block your card:

    1. Mail the completed Business Deposit Card Application/Maintenance form to:
