Leveraging on Apple's Touch ID technology, OCBC OneTouch™ is the innovation by OCBC to allow customers an easy, quick and secure access to view their account information using fingerprint recognition, without the need to login to mobile banking.
OCBC OneTouch™ is available on the OCBC Business Mobile Banking for Apple iPhone 5s and Apple’s latest models, with iOS8 or latest operating systems. For security reasons, jailbroken mobile devices are not supported.
You need to be a business account customer of OCBC and a valid user registered with Velocity@ocbc.
The OCBC Business Mobile Banking app must be installed on Touch ID enabled Apple iPhone 5s and Apple’s latest models, running on iOS 8 or latest operating systems to access your business account(s) information.
Once a mobile device has been registered for the OCBC OneTouch™ service, the customer’s business account(s) can be accessed using any fingerprint enrolled by the relevant Fingerprint Recognition Feature on the said mobile device.
OCBC OneTouch™ is protected by your Touch ID fingerprint, which you have registered on your iPhone and is a unique and secure source of identification. To get started, you need to perform a one-time activation with your mobile banking Organisation ID, User ID and password. Thereafter, within the OCBC Business Mobile Banking app, customers only need to place their finger on the home button to view their account balances. All account numbers displayed are partially masked with only the last 4 digits of the account number revealed. The app does not store any account numbers, balances or other related information on the phone.
For security reasons, each user can only activate OCBC OneTouch™ on one iPhone at any point in time.
