From 3 to 15 February 2026, visit selected ATMs to withdraw up to S$1,800 worth of new or Fit notes

To withdraw, you may use either one of the following methods:

  1. OCBC ATM/debit/credit card (excluding corporate and Baby Bonus cards) and its PIN.

    If you would like to use your OCBC credit card, please ensure that it is linked to an OCBC current or savings account.

    Please note that your ATM card daily withdrawal limit is based on your preset’s daily limit. You may want to change your limit depending on your withdrawal amount.
  2. OCBC app (QR withdrawal)

    Select “Scan & Pay” on your OCBC app  and scan the QR code display on the selected ATMs.

    Please note that your QR daily withdrawal limits is capped at S$1,000.

You can select from 4 popular combination of notes denominations.
Every customer is allowed to select one bundle per withdrawal and make up to 2 withdrawals (both card and app combined) throughout the whole duration, on a first come, first served basis and subject to availability.

Fit notes are used currency notes that are similar in quality to those from ATMs and may have fold lines or minor stains.

  2. Payment will only be made upon the collection of notes (if applicable).
  3. Do not disclose your internet banking User ID, PIN and One-Time Password (OTP) to anyone. OCBC will never request for your PIN, password or OTP.
  4. OCBC will not send any SMSes with clickable URL links to their customers.
  5. Card numbers are used solely to verify that you are an OCBC customer. This information is strictly for customer verification and will not be used for any deductions or charges.
  6. You will be able to make only one booking, which cannot be amended after it has been confirmed.
  7. Do ensure that we have your latest mobile number and email address in our records so we can send you confirmation of your booking.
  8. Please note that if you update your mobile number/email address via OCBC Internet Banking or the OCBC app less than 12 hours before making your booking, you will still receive your booking confirmation at your old mobile number/email address. This is because a cooling-off period of 12 hours applies before such key account changes take effect.
  9. For an optimised booking experience, do not use Internet Explorer as your browser.

Branch Walk-In

Branch walk-in without reservation is only available to senior customers aged 60 years old and above (based on year of birth) or person with disabilities. The new or Fit notes* will be available at all OCBC Branches from 3 to 16 February 2026, subject to notes availability and branch operating hours.

All other customers are required to make an online reservation before visiting the branches for collection of new or fit notes. Alternatively, you can also use the selected ATMs across 14 locations to withdraw new or Fit notes with your OCBC app or ATM card.

Recycle your red packets at any OCBC branch

We have, since 2020, provided recycling boxes made from recycled materials at our branches. This is to make it more convenient for you to recycle your red packets.

Help reduce carbon emissions by depositing your red packets from 19 February to 18 March 2026.

You can drop off both used and excess red packets into these boxes at all our branches across Singapore. The red packets and recycling boxes will be pulped and made into products such as cardboard boxes. Over the past 6 years, we have collected over 16,900kg of red packets which were pulped to make cardboard boxes.

What do I need to reserve notes online?

To allow us to verify your identity, you will need to enter your OCBC ATM/credit/debit card number and date of birth when you book the appointment with us. We must also have your current mobile number so that you will receive the SMS confirmation SMS upon successful booking.

If you do not have an existing OCBC ATM/credit/debit card, you may visit any of our branches to apply for an ATM card on the spot.

If you have not given us your current mobile number/email address, you may go to OCBC app, OCBC Internet Banking or any OCBC Bank ATM/Service kiosk to update.

Please note that if you update your mobile number/email address via OCBC Internet Banking or the OCBC app less than 12 hours before making your booking, you will still receive your booking confirmation at your old mobile number/email address. This is because a cooling-off period of 12 hours applies before such changes take effect.

How do I know if my reservation has been confirmed?

We will send an SMS – containing the branch/premier centre, date and time at which you should collect your notes – to the mobile number in our records. We will also send you a confirmation email if we have your email address.

Can I amend the branch, date or time at which I should collect my notes, or the number and mix of notes selected, after I have booked my appointment?

We regret this will not be possible as the notes are sent out to the branch/premier centre selected at the time of booking. This is to ensure that all our customers get the notes they selected at their preferred timing and branch/premier centre.
