Tea Me Tea

1. Payment must be made with an OCBC Card. Valid for all OCBC Cards issued in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and Macau.
2. Not valid in conjunction with other discounts, membership privileges, promotions, and/or vouchers.

Overscoop

1. Payment must be made with an OCBC credit or debit card.
2. Not valid on eve of Public Holidays, Public Holidays, and special occasions as determined by the Merchant.
3. The complimentary item must be of equal or lower value than the purchased item.
4. Limited to 1 redemption per customer per transaction.
5. Not valid in conjunction with other discounts, membership privileges, promotions, and/or vouchers.

Pizza Hut

1. Valid from 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2026, except on the eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays.
2. Payment must be made with an OCBC credit or debit card.
3. Valid for dine-in only at Pizza Hut restaurants.
4. The complimentary item must be of equal or lower value than the purchased item.
5. Limited to 1 redemption per table per bill. No splitting of bills allowed.
6. Not valid in conjunction with other discounts, membership privileges, promotions, and/or vouchers.

8. OCBC reserves the right to terminate or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
9. OCBC shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability, fitness for purpose, or any other aspect of the promotion or related products/services, nor for any loss, injury, damage, or harm arising from their use.
10. OCBC's decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final and binding. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any promotional materials, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
11. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any provision.

Nan Yang Dao

1. Payment must be made with an OCBC Card. Valid for all OCBC Cards issued in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and Macau.
2. Valid from Mondays to Fridays. Not valid on weekends and Public Holidays.
3. Valid for dine-in only.
4. Limited to 1 redemption per table per bill. No splitting of bills allowed.
5. The price of one eligible Nanyang Nasi Lemak (the paid item) will count towards the minimum spend.
6. Prices stated exclude GST and service charges.
7. The complimentary item must be of equal or lower value, while stocks last.
8. Not valid at Nan Yang Dao Express outlets.
9. Not valid in conjunction with other discounts, membership privileges, promotions, and/or vouchers.

How to change your NS allowance crediting bank account?

You can update your new bank account via “Update My Profile” on OneNS. The change must be made by the 25th of the month for your pay or allowances to be credited to the new bank account on the next payday, which is the 10th of the following month.

Card replacement fee

Lose a card? We get it. That is why we will waive the card replacement fee for the first two cards. After that, it will cost S$32.70 (including GST) to replace your card.

Fee for foreign currency transactions

Non-USD foreign currency transactions are first converted to USD before being converted to SGD based on the rate determined by the respective card associations.

All foreign currency transactions will incur a currency conversion charge imposed by the respective card associations (1% of the transaction amount) and a bank administrative fee (2.25%).

Currency conversion fee

An additional fee will be charged on all Visa and MasterCard transactions made in SGD and processed overseas (including online transactions). This includes but is not limited to: (i) Any Visa or MasterCard retail transaction presented in foreign currency that you choose to convert to and pay in SGD via dynamic currency conversion; and (ii) Any online retail card transaction charged to Visa or MasterCard cards in SGD on websites based overseas. The additional fee charged is 2.8% of the converted SGD amount for each Visa and MasterCard transaction.

Qualifying criteria for referrals

To qualify as a successful referral, referred friend must perform the following actions:

• successfully sign up for the OCBC FRANK Account and FRANK Debit Card using the unique referral link;
• top up at least $500 within first 15 days of account opening; and
• make at least 3 FRANK Debit Card transactions of min. $5 each within first 15 days of account opening

Terms and Conditions (CHICHA San Chen)

1. Valid from 1 April to 31 July 2026 or when fully redeemed, whichever earlier.
2. Payment must be made with an OCBC MyOwn Debit Card or OCBC FRANK Debit Card.
3. Valid for purchases at all CHICHA San Chen outlets in Singapore except Jewel Changi Airport. Not valid for online orders.

Terms and Conditions (PlayMade)

1. Valid from 1 April to 30 September 2026, or until fully redeemed, whichever comes first.
2. Payment must be made with an OCBC MyOwn Debit Card or OCBC FRANK Debit Card.
3. Valid for walk-in, over-the-counter purchases at PlayMade and Playground outlets in Singapore only.
4. Valid on weekdays, between 1pm to 6pm.
5. The promotion is not applicable to:
   • Orders placed via the PlayMade mobile app;
   • Purchases made through third-party delivery platforms (including but not limited to GrabFood, Foodpanda, Deliveroo);
   • Online or in-app transactions of any kind
6. Limited to one redemption per cardmember per bill; no splitting of bills allowed.
7. Not valid in conjunction with other discounts, membership privileges, promotions, and/or vouchers.

9. OCBC reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the promotion or vary, delete, or add to the promotion, or any of these terms and conditions, at any time without notice including without limitation, the dates of the promotion.
10. OCBC shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of any product/service. Notwithstanding anything herein, OCBC shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any product or the deficiency in any service provided, and/or any loss, injury, damage, or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of any product/service by any person.
11. OCBC’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by OCBC. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and each participant in the promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
