How to lock or unlock your ATM/Debit/Credit card?

This feature is only available on the OCBC Mobile Banking app.

Via OCBC Mobile Banking app

Step 1: Launch and login to OCBC Mobile Banking app

Step 2: Tap on the menu on the top left of the screen

Step 3: Tap on “Card services”

Step 4: Tap on “Lock / unlock card”

Step 5: Choose the card that you wish to lock / unlock and tap on the toggle button accordingly

Alternatively, you can ‘lock / unlock card’ your credit cards by:

Step 1: Tapping on “What you owe” after you login

Step 2: Select credit card

Step 3: Tap on “Manage your card”

Step 4: Tap on toggle button accordingly

It will take approximately 5 to 10 seconds to lock / unlock. Your request is fulfilled real-time and instant and this service is available 24 hours and 7 days a week.

How to report lost card?

This feature is only available on the OCBC Mobile Banking app.

Step 1: Launch and login to OCBC Mobile Banking app

Step 2: Tap on the menu on the top left of the screen

Step 3: Tap on “Card services”

Step 4: Tap on “Report lost card”

Step 5: Choose the card that you would like to Report lost and follow the steps accordingly

Alternatively, you can report lost/stolen ATM/credit/debit card by:

Step 1: Tapping on “What you owe” after you login

Step 2: Select credit card

Step 3: Tap on “Manage your card”

Step 4: Tap on “Report lost card” and follow the steps accordingly

It will take approximately 5 to 10 seconds to Report lost card. Your card will be cancelled immediately, and this service is available 24 hours and 7 days a week.

How do I order a replacement card?

This feature is only available on the OCBC Mobile Banking app.

Step 1: Launch and login to OCBC Mobile Banking app

Step 2: Tap on the menu on the top left of the screen

Step 3: Tap on “Card services”

Step 4: Tap on “Replace card”

Step 5: Choose the card that you would like to replace

Step 6: Select a reason from the following and review your mailing address before submitting your request:

  • I lost my card
  • My card was damaged / faulty
  • I want to change the name on my card
  • My card was retained by ATM

Alternatively, you can replace your credit card by:

Step 1: Tapping on “What you owe” after you login

Step 2: Select credit card

Step 3: Tap on “Manage your card”

Step 4: Tap on “Replace card” and follow the steps accordingly

You can replace your card via the OCBC Mobile Banking app between 6am to 9pm Singapore time daily. However, FRANK debit & credit card replacement is not available on Sundays and Public holidays.

I forgot my ATM/ Debit card PIN, how do I reset it?

This feature is only available on the OCBC Mobile Banking app.

Step 1: Download and login to the OCBC Mobile Banking app

Step 2: Tap on the menu on the top left of the screen

Step 3: Tap on “Card services”

Step 4: Tap on “Reset Debit/ATM card PIN”
