    To qualify for the above cashback rates, your qualifying transactions must add up to at least S$800 a month. If you spend less than that (e.g. because you made transactions that fall outside of the cashback categories shown above), you will earn a flat 0.3% in cashback. T&Cs apply.

    I need to replace my card soon. Which OCBC FRANK Credit Card designs can I choose from?

    From 1 October 2025, when it is time to replace your card because it is expiring, damaged or lost, the replacement card will bear the Obsidian design (which comes in a sleek black).

    I notice that I can earn up to S$25 in each cashback category. How might this look like?

    The maximum cashback a customer can earn in each category is S$25.

    Is a FavePay transaction considered an online or in-store contactless payment?

    A FavePay transaction made via the Fave app will be classified as an online transaction, since it is made through the Internet via an app.

    Only Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Paytransactions will be classified as in-store contactless payments.

    Which transactions do not count towards the minimum monthly spending and cashback calculations?

    Transactions under certain Merchant Category Codes (MCCs) will not count towards minimum monthly spending or cashback calculations. Examples include top-ups to e-wallets like Grab, YouTrip and Singtel Dash; tax payments; and insurance premium payments made to financial institutions.
