For existing OCBC FRANK Account and OCBC FRANK Debit Card customers
From 1 October 2025, when you charge at least S$100 to an OCBC FRANK Debit Card (linked to an OCBC FRANK Account) each month, you will earn either extra interest of 1.00% a year OR extra cashback of 1.00%, whichever is higher. Lose a card? We get it. That is why we will waive the card replacement fee for the first two cards. After that, it will cost S$32.70 (including GST) to replace your card.
Non-USD foreign currency transactions are first converted to USD before being converted to SGD based on the rate determined by the respective card associations.
All foreign currency transactions will incur a currency conversion charge imposed by the respective card associations (1% of the transaction amount) and a bank administrative fee (2.25%).
An additional fee will be charged on all Visa and MasterCard transactions made in SGD and processed overseas (including online transactions). This includes but is not limited to: (i) Any Visa or MasterCard retail transaction presented in foreign currency that you choose to convert to and pay in SGD via dynamic currency conversion; and (ii) Any online retail card transaction charged to Visa or MasterCard cards in SGD on websites based overseas. The additional fee charged is 2.8% of the converted SGD amount for each Visa and MasterCard transaction.
