    To withdraw cash from current account/savings account using your ATM/debit card    
    To withdraw cash from current account/savings account using your credit card    
    To withdraw cash from credit card account using your credit card (Cash Advance)    
    To pay for purchases at Point of Sale (POS) terminals using your debit/credit card

Please activate your ATM, debit/credit card(s) first before activating the above function(s)

To activate the cash withdrawal feature on your card(s), you can do so via any one of the following methods:

  • OCBC Online Banking
  • SMS <ATM> space <NRIC or passport no.> space < Last 4 digits of your card> space <ACTIVATE>
    to 72323 (local) or +65 9327 2323 (overseas)
    e.g. ATM S8686868X 6888 ACTIVATE
