REQUEST FOR REISSUANCE OF CASHIER'S ORDER

Important note

This service is applicable only for customers who have misplaced their cashier's order(s) or have cashier's order(s) that have expired or will be expiring soon.

If you did not receive your cashier's order(s) after your loan was approved, please contact the renovation loan specialist who assisted you with your loan application. Alternatively, please contact us at renoloan@ocbc.com with your loan account number.

Application process

You will receive the reissued cashier's order(s) within 7 working days if your application is successful. Please note that if the information submitted is incorrect, we will not be able to process your application.

Fees and charges

You will be charged an administrative fee of S$20 per cashier's order re-issued. The fee will automatically be deducted from your renovation loan Direct Debiting Account (DDA).
