You will receive a letter confirming the updated instalment due date within 10 working days of your application if successful. Please note that if the information submitted is incorrect, we will not be able to process your application.

You will be charged an administrative fee of S$50 per successful request. The fee will automatically be added to the monthly bill for your car loan in the month after the request has been processed.
