How does it work?
The OCBC OneToken for business replaces your hardware token, which means that logins and transactions made on both OCBC Velocity and Business Mobile Banking will use the OCBC OneToken for authentication. For a seamless mobile banking experience, turn on notifications for your OCBC Business Mobile Banking app.

All mobile banking logins or transactions will be authenticated seamlessly in the background, reducing the hassle of keying in SMS OTPs or using your hardware token.
Authorise transactions with just a tap
When you perform transactions on OCBC Velocity, you will now receive a push notification on your mobile phone that will prompt you to authorise the transaction. Simply tap on the notification and follow the on-screen instructions to authorise the transaction.

What is OneToken PIN?
OneToken PIN ensures that only you have access to your activated OneToken, and you will need this PIN to log in and approve transactions.
You will need to create this PIN during OneToken activation. Please remember your OneToken PIN and do not share it with anyone.
