Step 1

Prepare your documents

You will need to submit the following documents:
  • NRIC / passport
  • Latest Notice of Assessment
  • Payslips for the last 3 months, if employed
  • For property purchase: Reservation Form / Booking Form / Contract For Sale
  • For loan refinancing: Latest loan statement loan outstanding, and insurance policy on your property. If your existing loan is with not with a bank in Singapore, submit 12 months account repayment history

Step 2

Apply for a loan and accept your loan offer

Get us to contact you to help you apply for your overseas property loan. We will contact you when your loan is approved.

Step 3

Accept your loan offer

After your accept the Letter of Offer, you can expect the following:

  1. We will appoint our panel law firm overseas to handle the legal conveyancing. You will bear the legal cost.
  2. You will be contacted by the value regarding inspection of your property before loan disbursement.
  3. You will receive our letter advising disbursement. Monthly instalments will also commence.
