Activate new / replacement card


For security reasons, you'll need to activate your Business Debit or Credit Card before you can use it.

1. Activate your card via SMS.
SMS us from the mobile phone number that you have registered with us.

Key in
ACT
<space> NRIC or Passport <space> Last 4 digits of card number

Example: ACT S6868668X 6888

If you are overseas, please SMS to +65 9327 2323

2. Activate your card online.

    i. Visit ocbc.com.sg/activate.

    ii. Enter the last 8-digits of your card number, the expiry date and your NRIC/FIN/Passport.

    iii. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile.

    iv. Key in the OTP on the website to activate your card.

Activate magnetic stripe on your card for overseas use

You may wish to activate the magnetic stripe on your Business Debit or Credit Card if you are traveling overseas.

2. Overseas ATM cash withdrawal
(Business Debit Card only)

If you are travelling and intend to withdraw cash from your business accounts via overseas ATMs, please activate the overseas ATM cash withdrawal feature.

SMS us from the mobile phone number that you have registered with us.

Key in

Alternatively, you can complete the card activation form and mail it back to us.
