An organisation that goes by the name of OCB Corporation has been representing itself as OCBC Bank in the United Kingdom, using high pressure sales tactics to try to persuade members of the public in UK to purchase certain investments that are recommended by them. Often the victims would be required to execute a Surety Bond in order to finalise the transaction. We would like to advise that OCB Corporation is in no way related to OCBC Bank.
OCBC Bank does not provide retail banking services to individual customers in the United Kingdom. OCBC Bank’s customer base in the United Kingdom comprises network corporate customers, large corporates, financial institutions and non-bank financial institutions operating in the country.

Deactivation of magnetic stripe on your Business Debit Card
From 1 July 2012, the magnetic stripe on your Business Debit Card will be deactivated for local transactions. Thereafter, all local transactions can only be made with the EMV chip on your card. You may, however, continue to use the magnetic stripe for overseas transactions.
