Will the new rewards experience in the OCBC app affect any OCBC reward programmes?
I have a supplementary OCBC credit card that earns reward points. Why does the ‘Rewards’ page in my OCBC app show that I have no points?
We will credit the points earned from transactions made using supplementary credit cards to the account of the principal cardholder. Only the principal cardholder can redeem the points.
Why am I asked to sign up for a STACK Rewards account when I tap any e-voucher, limousine booking shortcut or points exchange partner in the OCBC app?
To give you a seamless redemption experience, we will automatically log you in to STACK Rewards when you tap any e-voucher, limousine booking shortcut or, points exchange partner (except for KrisFlyer) in the OCBC app. You will be asked to sign up for a STACK Rewards account if you do not have one – please use your email address in our records to do so.
To use STACK Rewards, you need to be the principal cardholder of an OCBC credit card that earns reward points.
What is STACK Rewards?
STACK Rewards is our digital loyalty platform which allows you to combine your reward points, redeem e-vouchers and make limousine bookings.
