Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has evolved beyond donations and community development to include the broader context of economics, businesses and environmental and technological changes.

As a corporate citizen, we proactively encourage community growth and development, voluntarily putting in place good business and employee policies, practices and guidelines, and doing our part to protect the environments in which we operate.

By partnering like-minded organisations, we hope to learn and share best practices in aligning operations and strategies with universally-accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labour, the environment and the fight against  corruption.

We are a pioneering member of Singapore Compact for CSR and, since 2006, a participant of the United Nations (UN) Global Compact.

The Singapore Compact functions as a national society that furthers the CSR movement in Singapore through ongoing dialogues, training, collaboration and practical project implementation. We are now a Gold Corporate Member of Singapore Compact.

We participate actively in Singapore Compact activities in order to share ideas and understand the diverse perspectives that various stakeholders bring to CSR.
