Market volatility has given rise to recession fears over the past few weeks in light of a rapidly changing COVID-19 pandemic situation. A lack of earnings clarity has created added uncertainty to Asian markets, but Ms Carmen Lee, Head of OCBC Investment Research, sees a silver lining in fiscal policy and stimulus from key countries in the second quarter of 2020.
