OCBC Bank will be donating RMB 1 million in support of the Singapore Government's initiative - announced through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - to provide humanitarian assistance to communities in China that are affected or at risk of being affected by the novel coronavirus (nCoV) outbreak. The donation, to be made through the Singapore Red Cross, will help fund medicine, medical supplies for the community, as well as diagnostic test kits for the nCoV for use in laboratories.

The viral epidemic is a common threat to all of us. As an extension of our care for the communities where we operate, we hope that our contribution will help those in China who need help most.
