How do I get started?

How can I sign up to Velocity@ocbc to start my first trade finance transaction?

Download and fill in the Velocity@ocbc Application Form.

Select the option of a Standard, Classic or Premium service package and indicate all business accounts to be linked to Velocity@ocbc.

Sign and mail your application to us with a certified copy of your Board Resolution to cover the signing of Velocity@ocbc forms.

Once your application is successfully processed, you will receive a starter kit to activate your Velocity@ocbc User ID.

What should I do if I am unable to make a transaction?

Download and fill in the Velocity@ocbc Change of Service Package Form.

Select the option of a Standard, Classic or Premium service package and indicate all business accounts to be linked to Velocity@ocbc.

Sign and mail your application to us.

How do I link my trade account on Velocity@ocbc?

Download and fill in the Manage Velocity@ocbc Account Form with your business details.

Select all trade accounts to be linked to Velocity@ocbc under “V. Manage accounts”.

Sign and mail your application to us.

For Premium service package, please contact our Business Banking Commercial Service Centre Hotline at
6538 1111 for assistance on how you can link your trade account in Velocity@ocbc.

How can I approve trade transactions on the Business Mobile Banking app?

Visit the App Store or Google Play to download the Business Mobile Banking app.

Log in and click on the “Items to Approve” notification bar to approve your trade transactions.

For security reasons, a security token will be required to authorise your trade transactions.

1. You need to be a Velocity@ocbc user and have a Business Account with OCBC.

2. You need to have a Standard, Classic or Premium service package to perform transactions on Velocity@ocbc.

3. Premium service package users are able to both view and perform transactions in Velocity@ocbc, subject to any customization request.

4. For Classic and Premium service package with dual access role, two or more people are required to be actively involved in order to complete a transaction. For Standard service package with single access role, only one person is required to complete a transaction.
