Ez-link will send an acknowledgement and approval to OCBC Credit Cardmembers via email.
A convenience fee of S$0.25 shall be charged by ez-Link for each EZ-Reload transaction, which shall be charged to the credit card indicated when applying.
The following cards are excluded from this service; OCBC Corporate Cards, OCBC Private Label Cards, all OCBC EasiCards and all OCBC Debit Cards.
Your OCBC Credit Card must be in good standing and must remain valid for the monthly bills to be debited successfully.
It is important that your account name with ez-link is the same as the name shown on your OCBC Credit Card statement.
In the event your OCBC credit card is cancelled or replaced with a new credit card number / or if you wish to change the top-up amount, you will need to terminate the EZ-Reload facility at any TransitLink Ticket Office and reapply after 10 days.
Please inform EZ-Link of your new expiry date by writing into: email@example.com when you are issued with a new credit card with the same number to replace the expired credit card.
