Our talented Graduate Talents seized the incredible opportunity to build a strong network, understand different cultures, and to be nurtured at OCBC Graduate Talent Programme Immersion Week 2024 in Jakarta, Indonesia. From tackling case studies to showcasing an engaging performance, our talented participants truly shone. They also gained valuable industry insights on visits to local companies.
Regional Week 2024
Dive into the incredible collaboration of our Graduate Talents from OCBC China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Bank of Singapore, as well as Great Eastern, when they gathered in Kuala Lumpur to explore the keys to business success in Malaysia. For the first time, the OCBC Graduate Talent Programme held its Regional Week outside of Singapore, offering participants a unique opportunity to gain firsthand insights and regional exposure.
