From tackling case studies to showcasing an engaging performance, our talented participants truly shone. They also gained valuable industry insights on visits to local companies.
Regional Week 2024
Dive into the incredible collaboration of our Graduate Talents from OCBC China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Bank of Singapore, as well as Great Eastern, when they gathered in Kuala Lumpur to explore the keys to business success in Malaysia. For the first time, the OCBC Graduate Talent Programme held its Regional Week outside of Singapore, offering participants a unique opportunity to gain firsthand insights and regional exposure.

- A degree from any discipline
- Excellent extra-curricular/internship achievements
- Demonstrated leadership, a penchant for problem-solving and embracing new challenges
- Less than two years of working experience
Selection process
Applications are open from October onwards. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. All Shortlisted candidates will be notified.
