We oversee OCBC Securities’ Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) and Sanctions Risk related governance, policies and procedures including conducting due diligence for customer onboarding and performing ongoing reviews in compliance with MAS AML/CFT rules and regulations and Group Policies.   

We champion the building of a strong compliance culture within OCBC Securities by setting guidelines, methodologies, trade surveillance and data governance programmes to ensure we manage compliance, regulatory or conduct risk.

We are responsible for quality assurance in services provided to customers through OCBC Securities’ customer channels by establishing key policies, procedures and processes to ensure customer requests and feedback are acted upon swiftly and treated fairly and effectively.

We spearhead OCBC Securities’ digital transformation strategy and roadmap, including working closely with the business units and IT to streamline systems and ensure successful delivery of systems to achieve the greatest efficiency.

We have a dedicated team of dealers who assist retail and institutional clients in equities trading. We help customers diversify their portfolios by providing a comprehensive range of trading products such as fixed income, share financing facilities and ETFs.

As the financial arm of OCBC Securities, we develop strategies to meet the Bank’s financial goals, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements and policies.

We provide retail and institutional clients with solutions for trading in derivative products. As a primary liquidity provider in Singapore, we offer leveraged trading in all major global markets 24 hours a day, 5.5 days a week.

Our strong team of marketers and markets analysts spearheads  marketing and communications for OCBC Securities. From developing strategic campaigns to creating targeted digital content, the team brings to life marketing campaigns that showcase OCBC Securities’ range of products and solutions to a global audience through multiple media channels.

The Products Group collaborates with various stakeholders to oversee the entire product lifecycle across the suite of products offered by OCBC Securities. Our coverage includes Shares Margin Financing, Fixed Income, ETFs, Shares Borrowing & Lending, Structured Products, and Initial Public Offerings (IPOs).
