  • The promotion period shall be from 15 August 2016 to 30 September 2016 (both dates inclusive), or such other period(s) as may be determined by Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (�OCBC Bank�) in its absolute discretion (the �Promotion Period�).
  • Only customers who have received the overseas funds transfer (telegraphic) promotion rebate SMS or Email from OCBC will be eligible to the rebate under this promotion (the �Eligible Customers�).
  • This promotion is only applicable to the Eligible Customers who have performed a successful overseas funds transfer transaction via OCBC Online Banking or OCBC Mobile Banking during the Promotion Period, and such overseas funds transfer transaction must be performed by 2359hr on 30 September 2016.
  • All employees of OCBC or its subsidiaries shall not be eligible for this promotion.
  • Eligible Customers must debit their money of more than SGD5,000(not inclusive of cable and commission charges) per transaction for the overseas funds transfer (Telegraphic) transaction from a SGD savings/current account to an overseas foreign currency account to be eligible for SGD20 rebate.
  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this promotion being fulfilled, an amount of SGD20 will be credited into the SGD savings account that is used by the Eligible Customer for each of the successful overseas funds transfer transaction made by the Eligible Customer during the Promotion Period, either within 3 months from successful online funds transfer or three months from the end of Promotion Period.
  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this promotion being fulfilled, there is no limit to the number of overseas funds transfer transactions the Eligible Customer may make during the Promotion Period, or the amount of rebate received by the Eligible Customer during the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, Eligible Customer will receive SGD20 rebate for each successful overseas funds transfer transaction made during the Promotion Period.
  • Eligible Customers who received the overseas funds transfer promotion rebate SMS or Email from OCBC but choose to perform their overseas funds transfer transaction at any OCBC branch will not be eligible for SGD20 rebate.
  • A rebate received under this promotion is not transferrable or exchangeable for cash, vouchers or other benefits.
  • OCBC Bank reserves the right at it absolute discretion to suspend, withdraw, terminate this promotion, or vary, delete or add to any terms and conditions at any time without notice including without limitation (i) changing the amount of the rebate, (ii) substituting the rebate for any prize/gift, (iii) amending the �Eligible Customer� eligibility criteria, and (iv) changing the dates of this promotion. OCBC Bank shall not be liable to any person for any claims, costs, expenses, loss or damage suffered by any person as a result of the aforementioned matters.
  • OCBC Bank's decision on all matters relating to this promotion shall be final and binding on all participations. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by OCBC Bank.
