    Eligibility

    What you need to join the Regional Premier Banking Programme

    Minimum deposit and/or investment required to start Premier Banking relationships in at least two countries (e.g. Singapore and Hong Kong)

    1. S$350,000 (or its equivalent in a foreign currency) in your Singapore account(s) with us. Here, Singapore is considered your ‘home country’ – the country where you first became an OCBC Premier Banking customer; and
    2. US$30,000 (or its equivalent in a foreign currency) in your ‘host country’ account(s) with us. The ‘host country’ refers to any country in which your OCBC Premier Banking relationship was subsequently established.

    Important notes

    1 OCBC Regional Premier Banking Programme is available for customers with OCBC Premier Banking relationships in at least 2 countries (e.g. OCBC Singapore and OCBC Hong Kong) and have (a) at least S$350,000 (or the equivalent in a foreign currency) in the OCBC Singapore account(s) or HK$1,000,000 (or the equivalent in a foreign currency) in the OCBC Hong Kong account(s), whichever is the ‘home country’ (i.e. the country where the OCBC Premier Banking relationship was first established); and (b) maintain US$30,000 (or the equivalent in a foreign currency) in the account(s) with the ‘host country’ (i.e. the country where the OCBC Premier Banking relationship was subsequently established).

    All applications are subject to local regulations and will be managed by the respective OCBC entities in each country.

    2 You are entitled to a complimentary basic health screening (worth up to S$200) if you have at least (a) S$350,000 (or the equivalent in a foreign currency) in your OCBC Singapore account(s) or HK$1,000,000 (or the equivalent in a foreign currency) in your OCBC Hong Kong account(s), whichever is the 'home country' (i.e. the country where you first became an OCBC Premier Banking customer); and (b) maintain US$30,000 (or the equivalent in a foreign currency) in the account(s) with the 'host country' (i.e. the country where you subsequently became an OCBC Premier Banking customer) by the end of the third month following the month that your 'host country' account is opened.

    For example: If your host country is Singapore and you opened an OCBC Singapore account on 15 August, you must have the required amount in your OCBC Singapore and Hong Kong accounts by 30 November.

    If you're eligible for the welcome gift, the complimentary basic health screening is valid for 6 months from the date you receive the redemption email. The components of the basic health screening may vary at the discretion of the appointed healthcare providers in the participating countries. Contact the Regional Premier Concierge to find out more about the participating healthcare providers.

    3 The Regional Premier Concierge services are provided by a third-party service provider (Aspire Lifestyles Singapore and China) as the Bank may designate from time to time, on an "as is", "as available" basis. The Bank shall have no liability whatsoever in connection with the Regional Premier Concierge services. The Regional Premier Concierge services are available in English, Malay and Mandarin.
