Terms and Conditions Governing OCBC Titanium, Platinum and Arts Platinum MasterCard – Electronic Wine Opener (Effective Jul-Oct 2011)

  • The first 1000 customers who successfully apply for an OCBC Titanium, Platinum and Arts Platinum MasterCard from 1 July 2011 to 31 October 2011 (the “Promotion Period”) and charge a minimum of S$200 within 1 month from the date the OCBC Credit Card is approved shall receive an electronic wine –opener set.
  • Cards must be approved by 15 November 2011 to be eligible for this promotion.
  • Customers who cancelled their OCBC Credit Cards within the last 6 months are not eligible for this promotion when they re-apply for OCBC Credit Cards during the Promotion Period.
  • Cash advance transactions, Internet transactions, mail order transactions, phone order transactions, balance transfer transactions, CashWise, recurring charges, bank charges, finance and late charges are not eligible in the computation for the spend required.
  • Credit Cardmembers are not permitted to aggregate spending between Principal and Supplementary cardmembers under this promotion. Only spending on the Principle credit card will be used to compute the spend required.
  • Each Principal Cardmember is entitled to only one wine –opener set. regardless of the number of OCBC Credit cards applied for. This redemption letter will be sent to Principal Cardmember’s mailing address by 31 December 2011.
  • OCBC Bank reserves the right to change or substitute the wine –opener set. with other gift item of similar value without prior notice, and the promotion is valid while stocks last.
  • The gifts are not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind in all cases, whether in whole or in part.
  • OCBC Bank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of any gifts.
  • Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, OCBC Bank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any damage or defect in any gift, and/or for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with any gift by any person.
  • OCBC Bank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate this promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any cardmember and the dates of the promotion.
  • OCBC Bank’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence shall be entertained. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participants in the promotion irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
