Terms & Conditions Governing My Mail Moments $20 credit for 3 transactions

• The first 1,000 customers who successfully apply for a principal OCBC Titanium, Titanium Pink, Platinum and/or Arts Platinum MasterCard (each an “OCBC Credit Card” and collectively, the “OCBC Credit Cards”) from 1 Jan 2012 to 29 February 2012 (the “Promotion Period”) and charge three retail transactions on any one OCBC Credit Card within 1 month from the date the OCBC Credit Card is approved shall receive a S$20 Cash back credited into the respective card account.
• Cards must be approved by 15 March 2012 to be eligible for this promotion.
• Customers who cancelled any of their OCBC Credit Cards within the last 6 months are not eligible for this promotion when they re-apply for any OCBC Credit Card during the Promotion Period.
• This promotion is only applicable for retail transactions with an OCBC Credit Card. Cash advance transactions, IPP transactions, balance transfer transactions, CashWise, bank charges, finance and late charges, are not eligible.OCBC Bank reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to determine the type of eligible transactions which qualify under the promotion. This includes without limitation, whether a transaction is to be considered a retail transaction. If OCBC Bank in its sole and absolute discretion decides that any transaction is not to be considered a retail transaction, or that any transaction does not otherwise qualify under the promotion, the gift may not be awarded.
• Credit Cardmembers are not permitted to aggregate spending between Principal and Supplementary cardmembers and across multiple OCBC Credit Cards under this promotion. Only spending on one Principal credit card will be considered.
• Each Principal Cardmember is entitled to only one S$20 Cash back regardless of the number of OCBC Credit Cards applied for. The redemption letter will be sent to Principal Cardmember’s mailing address by 30 April 2012.
• OCBC Bank reserves the right to change or substitute the S$20 Cash back with other gift item of similar value without prior notice, and the promotion is valid while stocks last.
• The gifts are not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind in all cases, whether in whole or in part.
• OCBC Bank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of any gifts.
• Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, OCBC Bank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any damage or defect in any gift, and/or for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with any gift by any person.
• OCBC Bank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate this promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any cardmember and the dates of the promotion.
• OCBC Bank’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence shall be entertained. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participants in the promotion irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
