Terms and Conditions governing $20 Vivocity vouchers for Titanium Card
For new sign ups on OCBC Titanium Card
Sign up for the OCBC Titanium Card from 1 March – 10 April and spend S$200 within the first month to receive S$20 Vivocity voucher
(limited to first 100).
- Only customers who apply for a principal OCBC Titanium Card via this eDM are eligible for this promotion.
- The first 100 customers who successfully apply for an OCBC Titanium Card from 1 March to 10 April 2011 (The “Promotion Period”) and charge a minimum of S$200 within 1 month from the date the Card is approved shall receive S$20 Vivocity voucher.
- This promotion is on a first-come-first-serve basis and while stocks last.
- Cards must be approved by 30 April 2011 to be eligible for this promotion.
- Each Cardmember cannot be a winner or be entitled to benefit from more than one OCBC Titanium Card promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, if a Cardmember is a winner of or is entitled to the skin treatment or massage Spend & Redeem promotion organised by OCBC Bank, such a Cardmember is not entitled to be a winner of or benefit from this promotion.
- Customers who cancelled their OCBC Titanium Card within the last 6 months are not eligible for this promotion when they re-apply for OCBC Titanium Card during the Promotion Period.
- This Promotion is applicable for retail transactions with OCBC Titanium Card. Cash advance transactions, balance transfer transactions, CashWise, Paylite, recurring charges, bank charges, finance and late charges are not eligible in the computation for the spend required.
- Each Principal Cardmember is entitled to only one redemption of the S$20 Vivocity voucher regardless of the number of OCBC credit cards applied for. The eligible Cardmembers who are entitled to receive the S$20 Vivocity voucher will be notified by whatever mode of communication as OCBC deems appropriate by 30 June 2011”
- OCBC Bank reserves the right to change or substitute the voucher with other gift item of similar value without prior notice.
- OCBC's decision on all matters relating to privileges or terms and conditions will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants.
- OCBC shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of any gift/offer. Notwithstanding anything herein, OCBC shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any gift/offer, and/or for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of any gift/offer by any person.
