Terms and Conditions Governing Titanium MasterCard VPost Promotion
The first 1000 customers who successfully apply for a OCBC Titanium / Titanium Pink MasterCard from 1 May 2012 to 30 June 2012 (the “Promotion Period”) and charge a minimum of S$200 within 1 months from the date the Card is approved shall receive a S$20 Vpost Voucher.
Cards must be approved by 15 July 2012 to be eligible for this Promotion.
Customers who apply for and cancel their Card(s)within 6 months of its approval are not eligible for this Promotion.
Cash advance transactions, balance transfer transactions, CashWise, recurring charges, bank charges, finance and late charges are not eligible in the computation for the spend required for this Promotion.
This Promotion is open to Principal Cardmembers only. Cardmembers are not permitted to aggregate spending between Principal and Supplementary Cardmembers and across multiple credit cards under this Promotion. Only spending on one Principal Card will be used to compute the spend required.
Each Principal Cardmember is entitled to one S$20 Vpost Voucher.only under this promotion regardless of the number of Cards applied or approved during the Promotion Period.The redemption letter will be sent to Principal Cardmember’s mailing address by 30 September 2012.
OCBC Bank reserves the right to change or substitute the S$20 Vpost Voucher with other item of similar value without notice, and the Promotion is valid while stocks last.
The gifts are not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind in all cases, whether in whole or in part.
OCBC Bank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of any gifts.
Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, OCBC Bank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any damage or defect in any gift, and/or for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of any gift by any person.
OCBC Bank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate this Promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any cardmember and the dates of the Promotion.
OCBC Bank’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence shall be entertained. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participants in the promotion irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
