Terms and Conditions Governing EasiCredit Special Rate Promotion

  1. The EasiCredit Special Rate Promotion (the "Promotion") is open to only holders of selected EasiCredit accounts (collectively, "EasiCredit Accounts" and each, an "EasiCredit Account") with Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited ("OCBC") who are the addressees of this mailer (the "mailer") from OCBC (collectively, the "Eligible Accountholders" and each, an "Eligible Accountholder").
  2. The Eligible Accountholders will enjoy a special interest rate of 3.88% p.a. (the "Special Rate") which shall apply for the period commencing from the date of the mailer up to 31 May 2012 (the "Promotion Period") on all outstanding amounts owing under their EasiCredit accounts.
  3. The Eligible Accountholders shall remain fully liable to the Bank for any and all amounts debited from their respective EasiCredit Accounts under these terms and conditions.
  4. The OCBC Terms and Conditions governing Personal Line of Credit from time to time shall apply equally to the mailer and the sums debited in accordance with these terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between the OCBC Terms and Conditions governing Personal Line of Credit and these terms and conditions, the latter shall apply to the Promotion.
  5. If the conduct of any EasiCredit Account is deemed by the Bank as not satisfactory for whatever reason, the Bank will have the discretion to cancel the Special Rate accorded to such EasiCredit Account at anytime, whereupon the prevailing interest rate for EasiCredit Account shall continue to apply.
  6. Unless otherwise provided, the Special Rate will supersede the promotional interest rates (if any) which may be applicable to the EasiCredit Accounts of the Eligible Accountholders.
  7. OCBC reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate this Promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any EasiCredit Accountholder and/or the eligibility of any Eligible Accountholder to receive any Promotion Gift.
  8. These terms and conditions shall be governed by Singapore law and EasiCredit Accountholder irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
