Terms & conditions for 20" Titanium luggage promotion

 

    Eligibility

  1. The Titanium luggage promotion is open only to a new applicant who successfully applies for the OCBC Titanium MasterCard ("Card") as principal cardholder under this Promotion.
  2. The promotion period is from 1 September 2013 to 31 October 2013 (both dates inclusive).
  3. The first 600 applicants who successfully apply for the Card during the promotion period and spend a minimum of S$500 in retail transactions within the first month of Card approval are eligible to receive the Titanium luggage (“gift”). The Card must be approved by 15 November 2013.
  4. Applicant who cancels an existing Card within the last 6 months prior to this Promotion and re-applies for it under this Promotion is not eligible for the gift.
  5. Transactions relating to cash advances, instalment payment plan, balance transfers, CashWise, bank charges, finance and late charges are not eligible in the computation of the spend required for this Promotion.
  6. Cardholders are not permitted to aggregate spending between principal and supplementary cards and across multiple cards to meet the spend requirement for this Promotion.
  7. OCBC Bank will only take into account spending on the principal Card successfully applied under this Promotion for the spend required under this Promotion.
  8. Subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions set out under this Promotion, each cardholder is entitled to receive a one luggage.
  9. Each successful principal cardholder is eligible for only one (1) acquisition gift during the time period of 1 September to 31 October 2013 (both dates inclusive), regardless that there could be more than one on-going acquisition gift promotion.
  10. A redemption letter will be mailed to the successful Principal Cardmember’s mailing address in OCBC Bank’s record by 30 December 2013 if you are successful in receiving the gift.
  11. The gift is available in pink and blue. Gift is available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
  12. OCBC Bank reserves the right to change or substitute the rebate with any gift item of similar value without notice.

  13. OCBC Bank is not responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of any gift. Notwithstanding anything herein, OCBC Bank is not at any time responsible or held liable for any damage or defect in any gift and/or for any harm, injury, loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever caused or arising from the use of the gift.
  14. OCBC Bank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate this Promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any cardholder and the dates of the Promotion.
  15. All participants in the Promotion irrevocably permit and authorise OCBC Bank to disclose, reveal and divulge information regarding their information and particulars to any person (including but not limited to the parties involved in organising, promoting and conducting the Promotion) as OCBC Bank deems fit.
  16. OCBC Bank’s decisions on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by OCBC Bank.
  17. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  18. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participants in the Promotion irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a participant of this Promotion shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
